A combination of hits and misses
Stunning mountain views from the room and the staff created a warm home-like atmosphere during my stay. The location is conveniently close to the slopes, making it easy to hit the trails.
I wish the breakfast started earlier for eager skiers and the water pressure in the shower left something to be desired. Limited hot options at breakfast were also disappointing.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this family-friendly hotel, especially the nearby mini-golf and toboggan train that kept the kids entertained. The half-board dinner was lovely, and the staff was attentive to our needs, ensuring we had everything we required for a comfortable week.
My wife says that an earlier breakfast would have been great for us skiers.

The Single Room without balcony was surprisingly comfy! The bed was huge and cozy, which helped me sleep well after a long day. I loved having both a shower and a bathtub—such a nice touch! The room was also quiet, so I could relax without disturbances. Plus, the decor was really nice, giving it a warm atmosphere. Breakfast was good too, and they even packed me a breakfast bag when I had to leave early.

Best location in Saas Fee. The room overlooked the mountains, and ski-to-slope access was just a minute away. The staff were lovely and accommodating, making my stay feel like home. Plus, the Saastal card included free cable cars and buses, which was an added bonus!
